About.

I was born in France in 1991 from a British mother and a French father. I spent most of my childhood traveling around the world with my parents and even though I could be said to be French or British, I don’t really identify as either. I’ve been bilingual for as long as I can remember and fully immersed in both French and British culture for most of my life.

My two greatest passions in life are music and photography.

I picked up photography around the age of 13 after my grandfather told me I had an eye for it and offered me my first professional camera. It was the beginning of a long adventure that is still underway today. I carry my camera everywhere I travel to. I started shooting with a digital camera as most of my generation did, but quickly became enthralled with the natural beauty of film photography. I nowadays only shoot my photos on film and  use a digital camera for my videos.

I was part of the 2012 Snap! Photography festival “Urban Wild” alongside Moby (Los Angeles), Miru Kim (NY), Oleg Dou (Russia), Damien Blottiere (France), Filip Dujardin (Belgium) Gabriel Wickbold (Brazil), Gregory Scott (Michigan), Tom Chambers (Pennsylvania), and Frank Hallam Day (D.C.).
My work was permanently exhibited at Jai Gallery, a  contemporary art gallery located in Orlando, Florida from 2012 to 2018.

Music has always been part of my life, my parents always played music at home and never stopped me from listening to whatever I was into at the time. I started writing and interpreting my own music early in my teens and have never stopped since. I was the lead singer and songwriter of a teenage rock band -Daffs- which allowed me to fine tune my musical presence through regular gigging and invent my own sound through studio recording sessions. I soon decided however that I wanted to explore my creativity as a solo artist, as much in the music making as in its interpretation. I started to learn computer assisted production and immediately I felt liberated, I was able to create endlessly and exactly how I wanted. I love any style of music as long as it’s got feeling, and I get a real kick out of the idea of creating for others and helping musicians find their own sound. I wouldn’t say I have a specific musical genre,  more so that it’s open to whatever feels good.

I’m always producing, always creating, always looking for inspiration. Whether it be in music or in visual arts, I strive for those moments when inspiration cannot be withheld any longer and must be brought out with creativity.

I spend much of my down time still thinking of creating, thinking of my next photo shoots, humming melodies softly into my phone so as not to forget them when I get back in the studio, and when I go into production, I can’t seem to go fast enough, such is the rush to make it all appear.

Most of my albums are created in a matter of days and most of my photos also.

I don’t like to limit things, when I go out for a shoot I focus on my intention and let the moment and the years of practice do the rest, and this is also the case with music, I rarely write down lyrics first,  rather I hit record and just let the creative juices flow, letting my emotions tell a story, and with the fresh results that only improvisation can produce, I get to work on organizing my ideas and creating a project which is polished from start to finish.

Today I live between the U.S. and France, I’m always open to collaborations, new art projects and comissioned work, so don’t hesitate to contact me. I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the music.
